• I
am pleased to write this letter
on behalf of Sark Technologies.
They provide a state-of-the-art
web-based reservation and management
system integrating online booking
capabilities called SuperINN.com.
They offered me a two-month trial
period to test the system. After
the trial period, I realized this
was exactly what I had been looking
for. This is a very user-friendly
system. The windows are easy to
read and input of information
is simple. The online booking
feature is great. Everything is
done instantaneously from your
website. Confirmations can be
sent directly through email and
received at the guest's end on
a customized letterhead in their
email box. This has saved me hours
of paperwork and saved in postage
as well. I wish everyone booked
online! Our guests love the feature.
And we do too. There are other
features too numerous to mention.
The reason I
am writing this letter is that
I understand they will be a vendor
at the upcoming PAII conference
in Chicago. I wanted PAII to know
this is a very professional team
of individuals involved with this
company. Throughout my dealings
with them, they have always been
accommodating to my needs and
handled themselves in a professional
manner. They have been very open
to adding features to the system
as innkeepers begin to use it
and request different options.
I believe they have a great product
that is very useful to small-
and medium-size inns, providing
innkeepers with those dear extra
hours in a day to tend to all
the other things that are constantly
calling us.
Sincerely,
Erin Allen

I'm writing you about new technology
for smaller inns. My name is David
Worthington owner of Magnolia Springs
B&B and I have been open for
5 years with 5 rooms. I have been
heavily involved with my state assn.
on the board for 4 years including
president in 1999-2000. I also have
served as vice chair of the PAAAC
committee that is under PAII and
have attended the last 2 conferences
in San Fran & Hilton Head. Back
when bedandbreakfast.com (Eric Goldmeyer)
introduced the online reservation
system with Worldres in conjunction
with the Guest-Tracker reservation
software I jumped at the opportunity
and used it for the past 2-3 years.
It was OK, but I wasn't really happy
with it, but felt it was the best
offer in the marketplace at that
time.
Then Kirk Dietrich
and Sagi Shilo with Sark Technologies
came to our state assn. annual meeting
in Jan of this year(their first
conference) but have since been
to North Carolina's, then West Virginia's
conference as well. They have joined
PAII and will be in Chicago in April.
They are really supporting our industry
and have a super product (the only
web-based reservation and management
system). It does everything from
maintaining a guest database from
which you can do many things such
as email broadcasting to integrating
an online reservation system complete
with availability charts. It's on
their site so nothing to download
and it has truly saved me time and
effort (up to 10 minutes per reservation)
plus is more user friendly for my
guests who are already viewing my
site. Where Worldres didn't let
the guest contact us through phone
or email this one does because it
is not a commission based deal.
They have a minimal monthly charge
that I believe is well worth the
cost considering how simplified
me life has become since using their
product, Best of all they are offering
2 free months for us to try it out
before we agree to be billed for
it. I can't imagine going back.
Once a guest info has been entered
in, with just two clicks confirmation
has been emailed and reservation
has been entered! It's so simple!
And if the guest enters the info
on my site it isn't confirmed until
I confirm it giving me absolute
control which I love! And again
with two clicks it's confirmed and
confirmation is sent taking only
the time to read over the information
they submitted and deciding weather
to accept or deny the pending reservation...talk
about a real time saver! I am so
sold and I know that others who
try it are going to feel the same
way! I will be singing their praises
in Chicago!

Super Inn is easy to use . . . allows
for quick data retrieval. Training
was very easy - a user friendly
system - ideal for people with little
computer knowledge. Sark Technologies
has been very easy to work with
regarding improvements to the system.
They listen to their customers and
try to make an innkeepers life as
simple as possible. Their online
reservations decrease the burden.
Thank
you for all that you do to make
my life less stressful. I really
appreciate your prompt attention
to every call, regardless of the
significance. I look forward to
our long relationship.
Sincerely,
Doris

I'd just like to write and tell
you how much I like Superinn.com.
I tried all of the reservation
software on the market. It was
either way to much for my business
needs, too expensive or too hard
to learn.
In
two days after installing Superinn,
I was using it like I'd had it
on my computer forever. It's just
so intuitive, I've yet to encounter
a problem I couldn't solve.
I'd
definitely recommend this as a
solution for keeping track of
business as well as incorporating
on line availability and reservations.
What
can I say? I love it!

The partners at SuperINN are truly
committed to meeting the needs
of their users. At my request,
SuperINN has been developing an
entire expense control system,
and associated reports. Every
other system producer I contacted,
told me to use Quick Books. Since
I wanted to simplify my financial
reporting, SuperINN's willingness
to undertake this task convinced
me to use their system. Now, with
just a few clicks of my mouse,
I can produce my federal and state
tax reports, as well as other
reports that enable me to track
and improve my Inn's cash flow.
Thank you SuperINN.
